This painting was born during one of the most challenging periods of my life—while adapting after moving to the Netherlands. A long, dark, and rainy winter, the uncertainty of the future, and the need to start everything from scratch plunged me into loneliness and anxiety. But near my home, I discovered a place that became my refuge: a path disappearing into tall grass, where the silence and calm of nature embraced me, as if reminding me that life goes on.

This path taught me to pause, breathe deeply, and find strength in simple moments. Through this painting, I tried to convey not only pain and searching but also the quiet hope that helped me keep going.
